How to Get Started!
People often ask me what products I would recommend for them. I believe that taking the online Health Assessment is the best way to determine which supplements will help you meet your individual health goals. It is free and so easy. Click on the icon in the upper right hand part of this screen. When you complete the assessment, you will be given recommendations for Optimal, Advanced or Core supplementation. You can order directly from the website or you can email me if you have any questions. I would be delighted to hear from you at tmoody@lifepractice.net.
One last note: If you enroll as a Preferred customer (to do this click Enroll Online) you will receive a discounted price on any products you order. As a Preferred Customer, you can also set up auto-ship and have your vitamins delivered to your door just as you need them. For me, having our vitamins delivered to the house ensures we stay on our regimen. There is no obligation to continue any auto-ship and you can change the products in your order at any time!
